Travel costs are confirmed before the booking is accepted.

4K Drone operators are qualified and insured UAV pilots, CAA registered and experienced Emergency Services Aerial Support operators with cross-agency working experience.

 

We understand that when operating on behalf of another professional, reliability, communication, discretion and operational discipline matter just as much as image quality.

FLIGHT PLANNING & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

 

We assess the proposed venue and airspace before the assignment.

 

All UAV operations remain subject to applicable local and national aviation laws, regulations and operating guidelines.

 

Flights are subject to NOTAMs, controlled or restricted airspace, weather conditions, visibility, wind limitations, safe operating distances, venue restrictions and any other applicable flight requirements.

 

Where additional permissions are necessary, this will be identified during operational planning wherever reasonably possible.

 

The UAV pilot retains final responsibility for determining whether a flight can be undertaken safely and legally.
